IgnitionX supports and enforces Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies established by manufacturers to ensure fair competition, brand integrity, and consistent customer value.

1. What Is MAP?

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the lowest price at which a product may be advertised publicly. This policy applies only to advertised prices and does not restrict the final selling price.

2. Advertised Pricing

Advertised pricing includes, but is not limited to:

• Website listings
• Email promotions
• Online marketplaces
• Printed advertisements
• Social media promotions

3. Checkout & In-Cart Pricing

Some products may be available at a lower price once added to the cart or during checkout. This complies with MAP policies, as MAP applies only to publicly advertised prices.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional pricing, coupon codes, rebates, or bundled discounts may be offered at IgnitionX's discretion, provided they comply with manufacturer guidelines.

5. Manufacturer Enforcement

MAP policies are established and enforced by manufacturers. IgnitionX must comply with these policies to maintain authorized dealer status.

6. Violations

Any violation of MAP pricing may result in the removal of promotional pricing, suspension of product listings, or termination of dealer agreements as directed by the manufacturer.

7. Policy Changes

MAP policies may change without notice based on manufacturer requirements. IgnitionX reserves the right to update pricing accordingly.
